Fern E. Riggleman, 89, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at her daughter's home in Carlisle.  She was born on August 6, 1931 in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Zimmerman) Clepper and the widow of Charles J. Riggleman who died June 20, 2010.

Fern was a loving and devoted homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Glenn E. Riggleman of Carlisle, two daughters; Sharon L. (and her husband, Bradley) Vaughn of Carlisle and Beverly A. (and her husband, Michael) Conrad of Enola, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Fern was preceded in death by two sons; Gary and Edward Riggleman, one daughter, Barbara Riggleman and three brothers; Luther, Arthur and Blaine Clepper

A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020 followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Randy Zook officiating.  Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  www.Since1853.com
