Faye C. Hodge, 80, of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at UPMC Carlisle.  She was born on June 25, 1943, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Taylor A. Hodge, Sr. and F. Patricia (Brown) Hodge.

Faye graduated from Carlisle High School in 1961.  She had worked at the Town & Country Store, retired from C. H. Masland & Son after many years of service in Human Resources and finally ended her work career with Cumberland County Domestic Relations.  Faye was a faithful member of the Bethel A. M. E. Church, Carlisle where she was a part of the Missionary Society for many years.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.  Faye was preceded in death by three brothers, Taylor A. Hodge, Jr., Emory D. Hodge, and Earl C. "Crick" Hodge and one sister, Sandra Hodge Bell.

A viewing will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Jerald Crummy officiating.  The burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  Memorial contributions in Faye's name may be made to Bethel AME Church, 131 E Pomfret St, Carlisle, PA 17013.  www.Since1853.com.
