Wish I could be there but you all are in my heart and prayers.
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I don't know that I ever met Evelyn's children, but I remember both her & her mother Alma very well. I was just a child when my mother (Rhonda Wagner) worked as a hairdresser at the home. It was always a great joy for me to visit with everyone and Mrs. Fisk and her daughter were among my favorites. I will always have many good memories of sharing stories with them. My mother and I both have your family in our prayers.

Aunt Evelyn was one of the most positive people I knew and she had a way of being able to enjoy and laugh about the everyday things. She also was wonderful at encouraging and guiding others through her words and by her example and I will miss her very much...

Our condolences to Mark, Jeff and Evelyn's many loved ones.
Whether it was sharing a poem, warmly hostessing the Chapel Pointe dining room or helping a new resident adjust to retirement community life,
Evelyn demonstrated Christ's love. Content to faithfully do the little things, her life made a big impact on those who were recipients of her thoughtfulness. Gratefully, we were among them.

Families Of Evelyn Putnam,
I was the first person to clean Wayne and your Mother's room when they moved into Chapel Pointe. She was like a Mother to me. Don't think there was a person who never liked her. She wrote poems for me,one of them I framed. We had kept in touch when I moved to another state. Glad I got to see her one more time when I came back for a visit. You have my deepest sympathy and my prayers are with you all.

Evelyn Putnam was a dear sister in the Lord. She was a very supportive individual during my years as administrator of the Alliance Home/Chapel Pointe. I thank the Lord for her ministry and desire to work (during her retirement at the Alliance Home). She lived a full life and she will be missed.
