Ernie C. Reichert, 66, of Gardners, Adams County, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at home.  He was born on May 29, 1952 in York and was a son of the late Ernie and Ruth (Hamilton) Reichert.

Ernie graduated with the Bermudian Springs High School Class of 1970.  He worked for many years with RHI Magnesita in York.  Ernie loved hunting and old farm tractors.

He is survived by his devoted wife Linda Kay (Kramer) Reichert, two sisters; Brenda Reichert and Debra Myers both of York Springs, his beloved Boston Terriers; Molly and Oreo and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  He was predeceased by one brother, Mike Reichert.

A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Richard Reese officiating.  Interment will be private.  Visit www.Since1853.com to send condolences.
