Elizabeth A. Weibley, 91, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026, at The Gate House in Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport. She was born on September 4, 1935 in Summersville, WV to the late James and Vida (Foster) Bailes. She was the widow of Melvin J. Weibley who died on December 25, 2024.

She graduated from Summersville High School. She was a longtime member of Good Shepherd Community United Methodist Church, Carlisle.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Linda M. (Todd) Brian of Mill Hall, PA, one son Robert (Amy) Keene of Maiden, NC, one stepdaughter Lori L. (Jeff) Jackson of Gray Court, SC, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, two nieces, and several brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her son William C. Keene, and her granddaughter Denise Keene

A private graveside service will be held at LeTort Cemetery, Carlisle. Pastor William Pipp will officiate the service.
