Elaine L. Klock, 79, of Carlisle, passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. She was born on October 25, 1945, in Troy, PA and was the daughter of the late Eugene Rockwell and Nora (Rolison) Rockwell. She was the widow of the late Jack L. Klock, July 13, 2019.

Elaine graduated from Troy High School, then earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Shippensburg University. She worked as a substitute teacher for many of the school districts in the Cumberland County area and was a librarian at the Bosler Memorial Library in Carlisle for decades.

She is survived by her daughter Erin Klock of Carlisle, two brothers, Kenneth Rockwell and Ron (his wife Mary) Rockwell both of Troy, PA, and several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St. Carlisle, PA with Chaplain Alan Echard officiating. A graveside service will be in Centre Hall Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery, Centre Hall, PA on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
