Edna F. Nace, 70, of Carlisle, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1943, in Mechanicsburg, a daughter of the late Robert Beam Hollar and Helen Esther (Wilson) Hollar.

Edna earned her GED from Cumberland Valley High School. She was a loving homemaker and retired from Highmark, Camp Hill after 17 years of service. Edna was a life member of VFW Post 477 Ladies Auxiliary and member of the AmVets Ladies Auxiliary and Eagles Aerie 1299 Ladies Auxiliary, all of Carlisle.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 52 years, Ralph E. Nace, Sr., three sons; Ralph E. Nace, Jr. and wife, Leslee of Wallace, SC, James E. Nace and wife, Robin of Grantville and Mark E. Nace and wife, Stephanie of Carlisle, one brother, Robert Hollar, five sisters; Olive Hollar of Camp Hill, Roberta Wise of Carlisle, Judy Hair of Shermans Dale, Esther Brandt of Carlisle and Ruth Hollar of Florida, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Edna was predeceased by one brother, Richard Hollar and one sister, Dorothy Hollar.

Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of the arrangements.
