IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Earl Melvin
Yohn
July 24, 1954 – March 12, 2025
Earl Melvin Yohn, 70, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at home with family by his side. He was born on July 24, 1954, in Dillsburg and was a son of the late Earl Edward Yohn and Myrtle Marie (Miller) Yohn.
Earl was an avid outdoorsman! He loved hunting and fishing and just being outside. He was a hard worker and always busy on some project from building sandboxes or playhouses for his grandchildren to remodeling everything at home. Earl worked for ECI for over 30 years and looked forward to getting up in the morning and going to work. The love of his life was his wife, Connie. Together they went on lunch dates, enjoyed long drives and just being together. However, the greatest joy in his life was serving his God, attending church, worshiping and sharing his faith with others. Earl was a member of Victory Tabernacle, Carlisle.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years Connie Jean (Armolt) Yohn, seven children, Don (wife Amanda) of Carlisle, Michelle (husband John) of West Virginia, Dwayne (wife Carin) of Carlisle, Michael (wife Ellen) of Bloserville, Melinda (husband Derrick) of West Virginia, Jerry (wife Nicole) of Mt. Holly Springs and Matthew of Carlisle, two brothers, Leslie Yohn and Rev. Glenn Yohn, two sisters, Bonnie Lowman and Carol Yohn, nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Earl was predeceased by three sisters, Barbara, Nancy and Gail.
