Donna J. Burkhead, 56, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at her home in Boiling Springs.  She was born on October 31, 1962 in Steubenville, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Thomas Robert Dulkoski and Betty Jean (Grim) Dulkoski.

Donna had worked in the financial and insurance industries earlier in her life and most recently as a homemaker.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and with her beloved dogs and cats.

Donna is survived by her husband, Mark Burkhead and son, Jason Burkhead of Boiling Springs, three sisters; Judith (Ed) Brown and Diane (Donald) McAfee both of Germano, OH and Pauline (Terry) Boyer of Kilgore, OH, one brother, Ted (Karen) Dulkoski of Germano and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was proceeded in death by siblings; Joe Dulkoski of Scio, OH, Thomas Dulkoski Jr. and Penny Dulkoski both of Germano.
