Dennis A. Lebo, 67, of Carlisle, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 9, 2019 at West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.  He was born on April 5, 1952 in Carlisle and was the son of the late Clarence Kenneth Lebo and Janet (McCoy) Lebo.

Denny graduated in 1970 from Boiling Springs High School and then earned his Bachelor's degree in Education from Shippensburg University and his Master's degree from Millersville University.  He was a part of the Cumberland Valley School District for 34 years having taught third grade most of his career at the Middlesex Elementary School.  Denny was a member of The Meeting House in Carlisle where he sang in the choir, served as an usher and was a part of "Joyful Sound" singing group.  Denny's passion was running and was a member of the Carlisle Running Club for many years.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 36 years, Kathy L. (Kerns) Lebo, two sons; Joshua Alan Lebo and Timothy Abram Lebo both of Carlisle and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. in The Meeting House, 1155 Walnut Bottom Rd., Carlisle, PA 17015 with Rev.
