Debra A. Ronan, 51, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill.  She was born on November 18, 1971, in Mercer and is a daughter of Ronald G. Sweeney and Arlene C. (Daugherty) Sweeney of Carlisle

Deb worked with several local companies and was a supervisor in the logistics field.  Deb was a free spirit who danced to the beat of her own drum.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Brittany N. Sweeney of Enola, Faleshia A. Ronan of Carlisle, one son Derrick A. (wife Britany) Ronan of Carlisle, three sisters, Kathy Hockensmith of Newville, Judy Killinger of Carlisle, and Charlene Gilbert of Carlisle, her former husband Kenneth A. "Ocean" Ronan of Carlisle, eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023, followed by a celebration of life at 4:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.  Burial will be private at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Churchtown.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
