David Lee Foor Jr., 60, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at home with his loving family by his side.  He was born on February 25, 1963, in Altoona and is a son of Pastor David Lee Foor Sr. and Shirley (Huhn) Foor, of Hollidaysburg.

David attended Hollidaysburg Area High School.  He was retired from AT&T, where he was a regional manager.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving fiancé, Becky (Frank) Warner, four sons, Ron Wombacher, John Foor, Matthew Foor, and David Foor, three brothers, Mark Foor, Christopher Foor, and Gregory Foor, three sisters, Beckie Beck, twins, Denise Bailor and Danielle Weidley, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife Cathy (Benner) Foor and one sister Brenda Love.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of life service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in the Grace Bible Church in Hollidaysburg.  Interment will be private in Alto-Reste Park, Altoona. Visit EwingBrothers.com to send condolences.
