Danny R. Stone, 66, of New Freedom, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at York Hospital.  He was born on November 16, 1958, in Carlisle and was a son of the late George W. Stone and Verna Irene (Beam) Stone.

Danny enjoyed collecting "Dream Catchers", studying Native American Indian Culture and listening to music.

He is survived by one brother Kenneth Good of Landisburg, one sister Linda Bouder of Shippensburg and many other extended relatives.  Danny was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald L. Beam and William E. Good and one sister Judy A. Fetter.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home at 630 S. Hanover St. A visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the service will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Snyder officiating.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
