Danny L. Raudabaugh, 78, of Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at his home with family by his side.   He was born on February 26, 1946, in Carlisle and was a son of the late James Elmer Raudabaugh and Ethel (Bixler) Raudabaugh.

Danny was a self-employed concrete contractor for 50 years in the Carlisle area.  He was a member of the Meeting House, Carlisle.  Danny was a life member of the Carlisle Eagles and member of the Carlisle Club, Carlisle Moose, the AmVets (National) and the Sons of the American Legion Post 101, Carlisle.

He is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 59 years, Carrie Ellen (Cornman) Raudabaugh, one son Harry "Gilly" Raudabaugh of Delaware, one brother James Raudabaugh of Carlisle, twin grandsons, Danny and Edward Sawka and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one daughter Angela Sawka who passed away on Feb. 27, 2023, and two sisters, Dorothy Steele and Arlene Raudabaugh.

A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at The Meeting House, 1155 Walnut Bottom Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015, with Pastor Bob Beaty officiating.  A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.  Burial will be private.  A time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at the church.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
