Clyda Ann Budinger (Hollister) Shambaugh, 72, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg. She was born August 23, 1944 in Scio, New York and was the daughter of the late Frederick Hollister and Beatrice (Budinger) Hollister Haxton.

Clyda was married to the late Samuel (Sam) Shambaugh who died in 2006.

She is survivied byone son, Jeffrey Hollister, two sisters; Linda Lindner and Janice Shea of New York andone brother, John Haxton of Tennessee, three nephews, four nieces, eight great-nephews and three great-nieces. She was predeceased byher step-father, Merl Haxton and two brothers; Fred Ellsworth and Jack Hollister.

A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. Burial will be in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. www.Since1853.com.
