Obituary

Charlotte F. Stone, 75, of Carlisle, died on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle. She was born on Tuesday, January 26, 1937, in Mechanicsburg, and was a daughter of the late Clarence Darr and Hazel (Ziegler) Darr Sowers.

Charlotte was a 1955 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. She was a loving homemaker and was of the Church of God faith.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. Rev. Doyle Rogers will officiate.Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
