In addition to his parents, Cayden is survived by his paternal grandfather, Thomas (wife, Wendy) Ford of Gardners, paternal grandmother, Mary Ford of Carlisle, maternal grandmother, Lurinda Kuhn of Boiling Springs, step paternal great-grandfather, Harry Arnold of Carlisle and several aunts, uncles and cousins, which includes his aunt and Godmother, Michele Kutz of Boiling Springs.

A viewing will begin at 1 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2014, in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle; Pastor Mark A.
