Carol L. (Robbins) Jansen, 67, of Newville, died on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at home.  She was born on May 15, 1954 in Bloomsburg and was a daughter of the late Clark L. and Beatrice A. (Anders) Robbins.

Carol was a 1972 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School.  She worked for Highmark Medicare and retired from Novatas Solutions, Mechanicsburg.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 14 years, Robert J. Jansen, two daughters, Bobbi Jo Garcia of Hemet, CA and Amy L. Baker of Duncannon, one brother Elwood B. Robbins of Camp Hill, one sister Charlotte E. Weldon of New Bloomfield, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one brother Roger C. Robbins.

A viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2021 followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Don Bender officiating.  Burial will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Carlisle.  www.Since1853.com.
