Obituary

Bryan E. "Cow" Bouder, 53, formerly of Carlisle, died on Monday, March 19, 2012, at his home in Newville. He was born on Monday, October 20, 1958, in Carlisle, a son of William J. Bouder of Chambersburg and the late Joan L. (Trayer) Bouder.

Cow was a 1977 graduate of Carlisle High School and had worked at the former Carlisle Tire & Wheel Co. and C. H. Masland & Sons, Carlisle. He was member of Eagles Aerie 1299 and Mt. Holly Springs American Legion. Cow was an avid billiards player and was a member of several pool leagues.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Lisa (Jumper) Bouder, one daughter, Leah R. Bouder of Carlisle, two sons; Jeremy R. Bouder of Newville and Justin Jumper of Trenton, TN, one brother, Timothy J. "Boody" Bouder of Mt. Holly Springs, maternal grandmother, Helen (Mellinger) Trayer of Carlisle, two half-brothers; Joey and Douglas Bouder, a half-sister, Tammy Shaw, five grandchildren; Quentin, Kaiya, Brennan and Aiden Jumper and Logan LeForte. He was preceded in death by one brother, Rickey Lee Bouder, who died Jan. 1, 2011.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Harry Madison officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. Viewing will be on Sunday from 1 - 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Immediately following the viewing on Sunday there will be a time of fellowship at the American Legion Post 101, Carlisle.
