Bruce R. Bubier, 74, of Mt. Holly Springs, died on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Cumberland Crossings Retirement Community, Carlisle.  He was born on April 1, 1946 in Livermore Falls, Maine and was a son of the late Thane and Doris Bubier and was married to the late Mary M. (Putrina) Bubier who died on July 20, 2017.

Bruce was a high school graduate.  He was a Vietnam veteran.  He honorably served in the US Army and was awarded several medals including the Purple Heart.  Bruce retired from Letterkenny Army Depot after 25 years of service where he was a mechanic's helper.

He is survived by one sister Linda Stuart, one stepdaughter Pam Myers of Florida, one stepson Michael Bevile of Lanford, PA, one son-in-law Allen Shellong with whom Bruce lived, several step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.  Bruce was preceded in death by one stepdaughter Patricia Ann Shellong.

There will be no services.  Interment of his cremains will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.  Ewing Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
