Brendan M. Fogarty, Jr., 41, of Newville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at UPMC Carlisle.  He was born on February 24, 1981, in Englewood, NJ and was the loving son of Jean M. (Cafarella) Nourick and her husband Mark C. Nourick of Emmaus, PA.

Brendan graduated in 1999 from Longwood High School in Middle Island, NY and completed the BOCES Program in Electrical Contracting thru the high school.  He currently was the co-owner of F & P Electrical Inc. and was a servicing contractor for the local quarries owned by NESL out of Pittsburgh.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years Christina M (Oswald) Fogarty, three sons, SRA Michael A. J. Fogarty, USAF of North Carolina and Tyler S. Fogarty and Evan W. Fogarty both at home, two sisters-in-law, Helene Coenen of Harrisburg, and Andrea Glynn of Dillsburg, one brother-in-law George Oswald, III of Shermans Dale, father-in-law and mother-in-law George Oswald, Jr. and Denise Oswald of Shermans Dale, grandmother-in-law Joan Oswald of Mastic, NY, one aunt Diane (husband James) Falabella and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewings will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle and on Sunday, December 4, from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Richard Reese officiating.  Burial will be private.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
