Brenda J. Lang, 73, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at The Gardens of Camp Hill. She was born on September 21, 1952, in Lancaster to the late Loyd A. Sylvester and June A. Carpenter. She was the widow of the late Steve R. Lang who passed away on May 17, 2008.

Brenda spent most of her life as a homemaker.

She is survived by her son Frank S. Sylvester (his fiancé Kim Griest), her granddaughter Lydia Sylvester, and her companion Gary Shutt.

Services will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
