Bobbi Jo Westley, 53, of Waynesboro, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Wellspan Chambersburg. She was born on September 17, 1972, in Carlisle to the late Ronald E. Hutchinson Sr. and Martha (Sheaffer) Vicinski. She was the loving wife of Leroy T. Westley.

Bobbi Jo Westley loved her family and she was a wonderful sister with a great heart.

In addition to her husband, Bobbi Jo is survived by one daughter Aaliyah Feliciano of Waynesboro, one brother Ronald (his wife Natalie) Hutchinson Jr. of Newville, four sisters, Patricia Hutchinson of Shippensburg, Penny Zeigler of Shippensburg, Michele (her husband Bill) Klusman of Shippensburg, and Stacia Driskell of Waynesboro, two nieces, Nicole Klusman Lemus and Allison Hutchinson, eight nephews, William Klusman III, Gregory Klusman, Chad Hutchinson, Thierry Scott, Alexx Biscuit, Monroe Ferrari, Rick Pannebaker Jr., and Micheal Pannebaker.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
