Becky A. Brown, 90, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020 at her home.  She was born on May 25, 1930 in Cory, Pa. and was a daughter of the late Theodore J. Dingle and Anna (Bacon) Bryson.

Becky graduated from Carlisle High School with the Class of 1948.  She was a retired manager of the CVS in Shippensburg with many years of service and then worked part-time as a cashier at the CVS on High Street in Carlisle.  Becky was a member and past President of the Carlisle Garden Club.  She volunteered at the Bookery at the Bosler Library in Carlisle.  Becky enjoyed playing cards and was a member of several local card clubs.

She is survived by her children, Katherine A. (Keith) Lupfer, Charles W. (Janine) Brown, Elizabeth H. (Tim) Richwine, Jennifer M. (Joseph) Spangler and Susan M. (Keith) Leitzel, half-brother Ethan Dingle, half-sister Rachel Hollenbaugh, 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her beloved feline, "Sophie".  She was preceded in death by brothers Theodore and David Dingle.

A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2020 followed by private family services at 11:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. John Miller officiating.  Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Carlisle Garden Club.  www.Since1853.com.
