Barry P. Lombardo, Sr., 81, of Boiling Springs, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill.  He was born on February 21, 1943, in Carlisle and was a son of the late Joseph Lombardo and Mary Belle (Bauermaster) Weaver.

Barry graduated from Carlisle High School with the Class of 1961.  He was a master plumber and pipe fitter with the Plumbers and Pipe Fitter Local 520 Union in Harrisburg.  Barry worked many years in the construction industry and even built several houses in the Carlisle area.  He was a member of the Carlisle Eagles Aerie 1299.  Barry served as a Supervisor with North Middleton Township for six years.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years Donna M. (Cameli) Tinkler, three sons, Barry P. (Kelli) Lombardo, Jr. of Carlisle, twins, Bryan P. (Marge) Lombardo of Dillsburg and Benny P. Lombardo of Lake Meade, stepsons, Dr. Gregory P. (Tara) Tinkler PhD of Mogadore, OH and  William Stape of Carlisle, one stepdaughter Deborah March of Carlisle, one brother Joseph Lombardo of Carlisle, one sister Vivian "Vickie" Plunkett of Sterling, VA, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  Barry was preceded in death by brother Eugene Lombardo and sister Julia "Judy" Wilson.

A visitation will begin at 2PM on Sunday, September 15, 2024, followed by a memorial service at 3PM in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Chaplain Cherri W.
