Barbara (Bowie) Good, 68, of Landisburg, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025 at her home with her husband by her side. She was born on February 15, 1957, in Chambersburg, to the late Thurston Bowie and Evelyn (Heefner) Bowie.

Barb graduated with the class of 1975 from Chambersburg High School, after which she attended and graduated from Hagerstown Business College. Barb was a Human Resource Analyst for the PA Liquor Control Board and the Department of Public Welfare. She was a member of the Church of God in Landisburg. Barb is survived by her husband Kenneth A. Good, two brothers, Nip Bowie of Chambersburg, and Tuck Bowie (Sandy) of Virginia Beach, VA, one sister, Jane Wishard (Brad) of Chambersburg, Sister-in-law Linda Boulder, Brother-in-law Danny Stone, the one and only uncle Donald L Beam, and several nieces and nephews.

Barb enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, cooking, going for walks, and shopping.

A memorial service (Celebration of Life) will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home in Carlisle with Pastors Mark Snyder and Cheryl Dorman officiating. A time of visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions in Barb's name can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
