Audrey A. Kozak, 84, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at her home.  She was born on February 3, 1937, in Amsbury, Cambria County and was the daughter of the late Edward and Ethel (Pough) Geisbrecht and was the widow of Francis C. Kozak who passed away on February 21, 2015.

Audrey is survived by one son Terry M. Kozak of Carlisle and one daughter Rebecca F. Barclay and her husband Dale Barclay also of Carlisle, one brother Arthur Geisbrecht of Gallitzin, grandchildren, Brandi Newland of Carlisle and Ryan Barclay of Portland, Oregon and great-grandchildren, Ayden Newland, Nadia Newland and Amina Ruiz.

Audrey was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Carlisle.  She was a retired federal employee with a combined 35 years of service with the U. S. Department of Agriculture in Washington D. C. and the United States Army War College in Carlisle.  She worked in the accounting departments.  Audrey graduated from Gallitzin High School.  Audrey was an artist, member of the Red Hat Society in Florida and was active with various church groups and Bible studies of the years.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle with Rev. Javed Kashif as the officiant.  Burial will be at a later date at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
