Arlene R. Jennings, 67, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020 , at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.  She was born on October 21, 1952, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Paul H. and Evelyn W. (Garman) Shughart.

Arlene graduated from Carlisle High School with the Class of 1970.  She retired from Knouse Foods, Inc., in Peach Glen after 35 years of service.  Arlene was of Catholic Faith.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, John P. Jennings; one daughter, Amanda Cummings and her husband Nathan of Dillsburg and their children, Grayson, Jamison and Harvey Cummings;  three sisters, Kathryn Miller Huntzinger and her husband Philip J. III, of Carlisle; Shirley Young and her husband George of Carlisle; and Paula Grumling Fletcher and her husband Robert of Norco, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
