Alex James Walker, 21, of Carlisle, formerly of Chambersburg, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at his residence.

Born December 28, 1992 in Riverside, CA, he was a son of Charles David and Karen (Webb) Walker of Chambersburg.

Alex was employed at McDonald's, High Street location, Carlisle. He was a 2012 graduate of Shippensburg Area High School. He enjoyed baseball and the Philadelphia Philliesandduring his youth enjoyed karate and soccer. He was loved and will be dearly missed.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Charles D. Walker, Jr. of Gainesville, FL; his paternal grandmother, Eileen Harris-Smith of Carlisle; his aunt and uncle, Warren and Lou Ann Webb of Ft. Wayne, IN; his cousin, Sarah Webb of Ft. Wayne, IN; his Godparents, Tom and Brenda Sherrier of San Bernadino, CA; and his girlfriend, Ashley Kinaj of Carlisle. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Loretta Webb.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Quincy, 5851 Manheim Rd., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
